Fans can cheer on their favorite teams with games shown on flat-panel big-screen TVs, including a 200-inch projection screen, a 110-inch video grid, two 80-inch high-definition TVs and 25 additional high-definition TVs throughout the cantina.
For regular season games on Sundays and Mondays, Cabo Wabo will host football fiestas featuring a ‘5 for $55’ drink special, including five beers, with a choice of Heineken, Dos Equis or Dos Equis Ambar; and five shots of Espolòn Blanco tequila, for $55. Groups may enjoy the game with a selection of shareable bites, including the appetizer sampler with taquitos, mini chimichangas, chicken wings, cheese quesadillas, a nacho skillet, guacamole and salsa arbol, priced at $26.95; and the nacho platter, topped with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole, priced at $14.95, with the option to add grilled chicken, carne asada or grilled shrimp, at an additional cost.

In honor of hockey season in Las Vegas, Cabo Wabo will stir up the Golden Mule, handcrafted with vodka, St. Germain, mango puree, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice, topped with ginger beer, priced at $12. Hockey fans may also cheer on teams, while enjoying tequila flights, priced at $24; and pitchers of margaritas, priced starting at $39.
Games will be shown throughout the cantina on flat-panel big-screen TVs, including a 200-inch video grid, a 200-inch projection screen, a 110-inch high-definition TV, two 80-inch high-definition TVs and 25 high-definition TVs, visible from any seat in the restaurant. Cabo Wabo’s executive chef, Tacho Kneeland, will prepare a traditional Mexican parrillada, served with marinated and seasoned meats, including BBQ pork ribs, carne asada, achiote chicken and chorizo; as well as grilled onions, jalapeños, rice, beans and flour tortillas. The platter is priced at $28.95 for an individual serving; and $46.95, prepared for two people to share. The Mexican platter is recommended to be paired with Cabo Wabo’s signature fundido de queso con chorizo, made with a trio of Mexican cheeses, melted on a skillet with Cabo’s house chorizo, priced at $11.95.

The Strip-side party cantina will serve moms a complimentary “mom-mosa” or Bellini of choice, with the purchase of a breakfast entrée. Flavors include traditional or blood orange mimosas; or traditional Bellini. Bottomless mimosas and Bellinis will also be available for purchase, priced at $24.99.

For every All-American cocktail sold, Cabo Wabo will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit organization that aids support to wounded veterans.
