Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will celebrate Memorial Day with a festive cocktail, live DJ and more on its Strip-side patio, exclusively on Saturday, May 27.
Cabo Wabo will offer a specialty cocktail, All-American, made with Absolut Citron, simple syrup, sweet and sour, Sprite, grenadine and blue curaçao, priced at $25. The cantina’s extensive drink menu, including an assortment of margaritas, signature cocktails, beers, wines and tequilas, will also be available to enjoy during the party.
Guests can also snack on a selection of signature appetizers and dishes, such as shredded chicken taquitos with a house cheese blend, crema Mexicana, cotija cheese and guacamole; nacho platters with house cheese bled, beans, jalapenos, queso sauce, cotija cheese, sour cream and guacamole; Cabo Wabo chimichanga with picadillo beef, mixed cheese, queso sauce and guacamole; grilled shrimp tacos with shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, fresh tomatoes, onion, cilantro, onions and lime; and more.
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will treat moms to a complimentary “mom-mosa” this Mother’s Day, starting at 8 a.m. on Sunday, May 14.
In honor of the occasion, the Strip-side cantina will offer moms a complimentary “mom-mosa” with the purchase of a breakfast entrée. Moms may choose traditional orange juice or blood orange mimosas; or a traditional Bellinis. The bubbles will continue to flow with bottomless mimosas and Bellinis, available for $40 per person.
Cabo Wabo’s breakfast menu consists of an assortment of scrambles and omelets; pancakes and French toast, including croissant French toast with warm syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar and whipped cream; specialty dishes such as chilaquiles con huevos, fresh tortilla chips, shredded chicken, red or green sauce, Oaxacan cheese and two eggs any style; freshly smashed avocado on multi-grain toast with homemade bacon bits, tomato, red onion, micro green and cotija cheese; and more.
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will host a two-day Cinco de Mayo fiesta complete with shrimp cocktails, handcrafted drinks, a live DJ and more, starting at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6.
Cabo Wabo will offer a trio of specialty cocktails for the holiday, including the Rattlesnake, made with Santo Blanco Tequila, fresh lime juice, ginger beer and jalapeño, priced at $14; Oasis, made with Santo Blanco Tequila, pressed blueberries, lemon juice and soda water, priced at $14; and Sunset Dreams, crafted with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, orange curaçao, coconut, grenadine and topped with Sammy’s Beach Bar Cocktail Co. Tangerine Dream, priced at $18.
Mexican-style shrimp cocktails will also be available to enjoy Strip-side. Freshly poached shrimp will be served with a spicy, house-made cocktail sauce and fresh tomato, red onion, cilantro and avocado. The appetizer will be served in an 18-ounce chalice glass.
Additionally, DJ Uffe will return to Cabo Wabo Cantina to keep the party energy high.
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will tackle the draft weekend with special offers on beer buckets, viewing parties and more, available beginning Thursday, April 27 through Saturday, April 29.
Cabo Wabo will tackle big thirsts with specially priced buckets of five beers, available for $23 each. Beer selections will include a choice of Dos XX, Dos XX Ambar, Heineken, Heineken Silver, Tecate and Carta Blanca.
A selection of draft day dishes will also be available, including the nacho platter, tortilla chips topped with house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese, sour cream and guacamole; the Jack & Coke BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, stacked with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, Jack and Coke barbecue sauce, crispy fried onions and pickles; and the fundido de queso con chorizo, made with a trio of Mexican cheese in a hot skillet with house-made pork chorizo, served with warm tortillas and salsa arbol.
The draft will be shown across Cabo Wabo’s flat-panel big-screen TVs, a 200-inch projection screen, a 110-inch video grid, two 80-inch high-definition TVs and 25 additional 75-inch high-definition TVs visible throughout the cantina. Cabo Wabo will kick off the Irish-inspired fiesta with green beer, priced at $9; and green margaritas, available frozen or on the rocks, with prices starting at $14.
Green enchiladas will be available, made with the choice between shredded chicken or beef, a house blend of Mexican cheese and smothered in a specialty green salsa verde, priced at $20.95. Green tortilla chips will also be offered, served with the cantina’s famous house-made salsa, priced at $7.50; served with queso dip for $12.45; or fresh guacamole for $14.95.
Happy hour specials, including half-off draft beer, margaritas, sangrias and select appetizers, will be available from 3 to 5 p.m.
