“Kiss me, I’m Irish!” Cabo Wabo Cantina will host a patio party with a bevy of lucky specials on Tuesday, March 17. In addition to Sammy Hagar’s signature margarita with an Irish green twist, crafted with Cabo Wabo tequila and Grand Marnier and served on the rocks, priced at $10; Cabo Wabo Cantina will also offer green beer, shot specials and beer tubs filled with select import and domestic brews. Signature dishes will also be available including the queso fundido con chorizo; made with house chorizo and a mouthwatering Mexican cheese blend, melted and served with warm tortillas and salsa, priced at $10.95; and the cotija cheese crusted quesadilla, made with carne asada or chicken, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole, priced at $8.95.
Cabo Wabo Cantina will satisfy NASCAR fans’ need for speed with viewing parties, drink specials and giveaways from Friday, March 6 through Sunday, March 8.
Racing fans can watch the fastest drivers in the world zip around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in The LOFT, a lavish new events space above Cabo Wabo Cantina, on a number of flat-panel, big-screen televisions including a 184-inch video grid, a 180-inch projection screen and multiple 80-inch high-definition televisions.
Motorsports enthusiasts can toast to their favorite drivers with the Can’t Drive 55, a blend of Cabo Wabo blanco tequila, Sammy’s beach bar rum, vodka, gin and splashes of lime, orange, pineapple and cranberry juices, finished with a touch of amaretto Disaronno, priced at $15. To commemorate the fast-paced weekend, NASCAR fans will receive a complimentary Cabo Wabo souvenir glass with each purchase of the signature cocktail. Guests may also keep the party going with beer bucket and shot specials, as well as signature margaritas and Cabo Wabo’s mouthwatering menu items.
Cabo Wabo Cantina’s new breakfast menu brings the flavors of a tropical resort to the Las Vegas Strip with an array of tasty new selections, micheladas and bottomless mimosas, served daily from 8 to 11 a.m. Plus, breakfast on the patio, includes serene views of the Fountains of Bellagio.
The cantina’s new morning selections include traditional breakfast plates as well as south-of-the-border-inspired dishes, such as the CW eggs Benedict, made with layers of machaca, chorizo and poached eggs on an English muffin, topped with melted pepper-jack cheese and hollandaise, priced at $13.95; croissant French toast, a freshly-baked croissant classically prepared into French toast, topped with warm maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar and whipped cream, priced at $10.95; and huevos de nacho, a plate of Cabo Wabo’s signature cheese nachos topped with two fried eggs, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo, priced at $12.95.
Cabo Wabo complements its new breakfast selections with bottomless classic mimosas, blood-orange mimosas and Bellinis, priced at $24.99 per person. The cantina will also offer breakfast libations a-la-carte, including the paradise punch, a refreshing blend of Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Grand Marnier, orange juice, cranberry juice, passion fruit juice and sparkling wine; CW coffee, a hot blend of Godiva White Chocolate liquor, horchata, amaretto and coffee; and an authentic bloody mary, each priced at $12, as well as the Mexico City michelada, priced at $10.
Cabo Wabo also offers low-fat, low-carb breakfast options including the granola parfait, a healthy combination of banana, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, honey, and house-made granola; and the egg white omelet, a nutritious blend of egg whites, mushroom, tomato and baby spinach, both priced at $11.95
Bottoms up! Cabo Wabo Cantina, will serve $5 margaritas in celebration of National Margarita Day on Sunday, Feb. 22. The $5 margaritas will be served during a special happy hour in honor of the holiday, from 3 to 7 p.m., exclusively at the cantina’s signature daiquiri bar.
Plus, a variety of flavored margaritas will be served, including the mango picante margarita, made with jalapeños, mangos, Cabo Wabo blanco tequila, triple sec and sweet and sour; and the strawberita, made with Cabo Wabo Tequila, strawberry puree and lime juice, each priced at $14. Cabo Wabo will also serve favorites such as the classic margarita, made with Jose Cuervo tequila; the sangarita, crafted with Cabo Wabo blanco tequila, lime juice and pinot noir; and the cocorita, made with Cabo Wabo blanco tequila, lime juice and crème of coconut, each priced between $10 and $14. For the party people, yard-long margaritas will also be available with prices starting at $16. Fiesta-goers may also take off with the Cabo Flight, a tequila flight served with Cabo Wabo blanco, reposado and añejo tequilas, priced at $21.

Fans may catch their favorite teams every Sunday at Football Central on any of 16 flat panel big-screen TVs, including a 184-inch video grid, a 180-inch projection screen, and two 80-inch HD TVs. Cabo Wabo’s football drink specials will include $21 mix-and-match buckets of Dos Equis and Heineken.
Football Central will also host The Ultimate Football Party every Monday night.
