Cheers to a new year! Cabo Wabo Cantina will host a rockin’ UFC 219 viewing party on Saturday, Dec. 30, and a New Year’s Eve celebration on Sunday, Dec. 31.
Cabo Wabo will welcome 2018 with a Strip-side patio party, featuring views of Las Vegas’ New Year’s Eve fireworks display. General admission to the patio is priced starting at $200 per person, which includes an all-you-can-drink beverage package and patio access.
VIP access to the patio is also available, priced starting at $500 per person, which includes front-and-center seating, an all-you-can-drink beverage option and a three-course meal including the choice of one appetizer, entrée and dessert from the cantina’s regular menu. The LOFT is also available for reservation for groups seeking a private party with the same incredible Strip view.

Cabo Wabo Cantina is turning it up a nacho! The Mexican cantina will celebrate National Nachos Day on Monday, Nov. 6 with a variety of nacho dishes.
Featured selections include the nacho platter, made with house cheese blend, beans, jalapenos, cojita cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole, with the option to add grilled chicken, carne asada or grilled shrimp, starting at $14.95; and the huevos de nacho served with two fried eggs over Cabo Wabo cheese nachos, topped with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo, priced at $11.95, served between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Cabo Wabo Cantina will celebrate Halloween and Dia de los Muertos with a costume contest on Saturday, Oct. 28 and a handcrafted spooky cocktail and patio parties from Friday, Oct. 27 through Tuesday, Oct. 31.
The Resurrection cocktail is made with Revel Roasted Stoke pecan whiskey, amaretto, Stoli vanilla vodka and cream soda, rimmed with crushed pretzels, priced at $12. Patio parties will feature live music by Jeremy James starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27; Ryan Whyte Maloney starting at noon on Sunday, Oct. 29; and Steven Iverman starting at 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 31. The rockin’ cantina will feature the short rib beef barbacoa tacos, made with slow cooked beef short rib, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro, onion and corn tortillas, priced at $15.95; the Baja-style, grilled fish tacos, made with freshly grilled white fish, flour tortillas, cabbage, chipotle crema, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onion and lime, priced at $16.95; and the carne asada tacos, featuring juicy grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, corn tortillas, cilantro and onions, priced at $15.95.
