Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will host an exclusive viewing party for the upcoming UFC 264 on Saturday, July 10 at 7 p.m. Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier and “The Notorious” Conor McGregor will enter the Octagon at the T-Mobile Arena for their final and highly anticipated Trilogy Fight.

The riveting match will be shown in Cabo Wabo’s private upstairs lounge, The LOFT, on numerous flat-panel big-screen TVs, including a 201-inch projector, a 192-inch flat screen and two 80-inch high-definition TVs.

Offering a full menu of Tex-Mex cuisine, featured selections include the carne asada steak torta, prepared on bolillo bread, stacked with chipotle mayo, Pepper Jack cheese, avocado and tomato with pickled jalapeños on top; the nacho platter, made with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole; the “Jack and Coke BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger,” crafted with cheddar cheese, Jack and Coke barbecue sauce, and crispy onions, topped with pickles and served with a side of fries; and crispy chicken wings, paired with hot and spicy barbecue sauce and ranch dressing, among others.

Signature beverages range from the “Maui Rocker,” made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, orange curacao, pineapple juice, grenadine, and sweet and sour; the world famous, sought after “CW Margarita” mixed with Cabo Wabo Tequila and Grand Mariner; and the “Cocorita,” crafted with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, lime juice and crème of coconut, served on the rocks and rimmed with freshly- toasted coconut.
